Deep Fried Smoked Brisket. Man. Just awesome. Everything right about Texas is right here. Double battered smoked brisket. Not the most tender cut of brisket I’ve had, but damn good. Served with onion rings and pickles. How awesome is that? I demand ALL of my chicken fried steaks to be made of brisket from now on. Make it happen.
PS – one major warning…watch the crew working this stand. I question the hygiene here. (Yes, I know we’re discussing food handlers at The Fair….just watch it.)
